Job Opportunity:
Senior Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team in Limerick City on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
* Main point of contact for all queries from Estate Agents and Purchasers
* Coordinating with key Customers/Clients and various internal departments
* Managing the diary, meetings, and events for the Managing Director
* Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years experience within an Administrative/Business Support environment
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. They will also be involved in coordinating meetings and events, managing the diary, and performing other ad hoc duties as required.
