We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team in Dublin 12.
The role involves processing medical claims for clients worldwide, ensuring high client service and timely follow-up of claims within an industry-leading timeframe.
* Process claims within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), Clear to Zero, and adjudicate each claim in accordance with policy benefits.
* Ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, delivering a superior client experience and accurate reporting.
* Contribute to departmental success by meeting personal and team targets for productivity and quality.
* Foster healthy inter-departmental relationships by responding to internal customer queries in a professional manner.
* Data Management: Handle customer information securely and efficiently, aligning with best practices for data protection and privacy.
