Job Summary: The Spa Therapistis responsible fordelivering exceptional andpersonalisedspa experience in alignment with The Grace Westport Estates luxury standards.
This role involvesprovidinga range of professional spa and wellness treatments while ensuring a serene and restorative environment for all guests.
The ideal candidate willpossessrefined technical skills, deep product knowledge, and a passion for holistic well-being.
KeyResponsibilities Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, manicures, pedicures, and other wellness therapies as trained and certified.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring treatments accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms and spa facilities, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring punctuality and efficiency in treatment delivery.
Ensure treatment areas are well-stocked with supplies and equipment before each service.
Promote spa products and services, offering recommendations based on client needs.
Comply withtherapist/client confidentiality protocols Exceptionalguest service, communication, and interpersonal skills,with a refined, discreet, and polished demeanour Physically fit with stamina and posture awareness to perform treatments effectively over extended periods.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and alwayscomply withgrooming / uniform standards.
Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless and relaxing guest experience.
Uphold the spas brand standards, values, and service culture.

RequiredExperience&Skills Certifications in both facial and body treatments at CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC level.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a spa, resort, or wellness environment (preferred).
Knowledge of different massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.).
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability tomaintainclient confidentiality and professionalism.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts asrequired.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Preferred Experience & Skills Proficiencyin spa software systems such as Journey, Book4Time, or Try-Be.
Familiarity withprestigious skincare and spa brands(e.g., GROUND, ESPA, Elemis, NaturaBissé, Voya) Previousexperience in aLuxuryhotel spa or international luxury wellness brand.
Demonstrated passion forcontinuous learningand staying informed about emerging wellness trends and innovations.
