We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and take charge of an exciting territory in the Galway and Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales Growth: You'll be responsible for delivering year-on-year sales growth, identifying new opportunities within existing customers, and developing new business leads.
Manage Your Territory: Own and execute a territory journey plan, ensuring that all customers within your area are thriving and receiving excellent support.
Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with multiple, convenience, and wholesale customers, ensuring our brand is well-represented and always on their radar.
Ensure Product Availability: Make sure core ranges (AYR and seasonal) are available at all times, ensuring customers have what they need, when they need it.
Merchandising and Displays: Create engaging in-store displays, secure incremental space, and make sure products are front and centre with eye-catching secondary displays.
Promotions and Events: Lead the charge on in-store promotions, tastings, and other brand-building activities, making sure our presence in stores is unforgettable.
What You'll Bring: Proven sales experience in FMCG, with a track record of hitting targets.
Strong relationship-building skills, able to connect with internal and external stakeholders.
Inquisitive and motivated to understand customer needs and unlock growth potential.
Excellent planning, organisational, and negotiation skills.
Confident in IT systems, with experience using MS Word and Excel.
