Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key commercial role, this position will play a crucial part in expanding our B2B client base through strategic sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential commercial clients across construction, civil engineering, and related industries.
* Develop a deep understanding of our product and service offering to confidently communicate value to prospects.
* Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits in collaboration with senior sales and operations teams.
* Record and track all interactions using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up and reporting.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (ideally in construction, hire, or industrial services).
Proven track record of lead generation and successful outreach in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and drive to meet targets.
Full drivers licence required.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
