Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading public sector organisation in Dublin on a 6-month contract.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end procurement processes, manage tender competitions, and ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations.

Responsibilities
Manage procurement competitions using the eTenders platform.
Conduct supply market analysis and supplier engagement.
Lead the full tender process from preparation to contract award.
Provide procurement advice to project teams and stakeholders.
Work with legal advisors on tender and contract documentation.
Chair evaluation meetings and manage feedback to suppliers.
Support sustainable and green procurement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies.
Candidate Requirements
Strong knowledge of the 2016 Public Sector and Utilities Procurement Regulations.
Experience with public sector procurement and eTenders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What's On Offer
Salary: €75,000 – €80,000 per annum (pro rata).
