Product Owner - ServiceNow
Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Industry: Financial Services Salary: 105K + Benefits
A large multinational professional services organisation is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the enterprise wide ServiceNow product strategy. This role owns the long term product vision, roadmap and governance for ServiceNow across a global organisation operating across multiple regions.
You will drive product performance, adoption and investment decisions while partnering with architecture, engineering, business leaders and IT executives to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow products that deliver automation, compliance and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the ServiceNow product vision, strategy and roadmap
Govern product standards, policies and compliance
Build and lead a global ServiceNow Centre of Excellence
Manage product investment, budgets and prioritisation
Convert business requirements into product features and enhancements
Drive adoption and track business outcomes across all units
Balance strategic objectives with technical feasibility and product consistency
Oversee product stability, performance, upgrades and integrations
Lead delivery across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and additional modules
Measure product metrics, performance and impact
Promote continuous improvement, AI capabilities and innovation
Build, mentor and develop a high performing product team
Requirements
10 years IT experience, including 5 as a ServiceNow Product Owner or equivalent
Deep expertise across major ServiceNow modules
Proven success delivering enterprise scale ServiceNow products
Strong grounding in product governance, security and data quality
Familiarity with AI, automation and analytics within ServiceNow
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to turn business requirements into product strategy
Experience managing teams and budgets in global environments
ServiceNow Product Owner certification or equivalent
Hybrid model with in office presence required
Desirable
Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA)
Experience in M&A integration
Professional services or consulting background
Exposure to managed service provider delivery models
