Overview
eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer. This is a permanent position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week onsite. Our client is embarking on an ambitious, multi-year transformation program and is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support teams across multiple transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic developer to play a pivotal role in both enhancing existing functionality and delivering greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies to build scalable, high-performing, and business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and develop solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, specifically in Customer Service environments.
* Design and implement Power Automate flows to streamline and automate business processes.
* Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines — manual deployments to test or production environments are not permitted.
* Manage and maintain source control using Git to support the ALM process.
* Support the CRM Architect with documentation, governance, and oversight of integrations.
* Maintain current knowledge of new Dynamics 365 features, Power Platform services, and Microsoft cloud capabilities.
Dynamics CRM Configuration
* Configure Tables, Views, and Forms to support Customer Service operations.
* Build and customize Business Process Flows, Security Roles, and Workflows.
* Develop Plugins and JavaScript libraries to extend platform capabilities.
* (Desirable) Experience with Canvas Apps and related Power Platform components.
Project Responsibilities
* Work within project guidelines and objectives as defined by the transformation program.
* Collaborate within an Agile sprint structure, contributing to planning, development, and delivery.
* Provide timely updates, task tracking, and reporting across project streams.
* Prioritize and manage workload based on program direction and priorities.
Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 development, preferably with Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform.
* Proven ability to design and deliver innovative, reusable solutions and components.
* Hands-on experience with SaaS integrations and Azure-based solutions.
* Proficient in developing Plugins, Workflows, Cloud Flows, and Logic Apps.
* Experience designing integrations in Azure, with web app development considered a bonus.
* Practical experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Git for Enterprise.
* (Bonus) Experience integrating with SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Experience implementing access controls, security, and governance policies.
