This is a highly collaborative role that requires someone with energy, enthusiasm and courage to solve complex problems in various regulatory reporting environments. You will be working as part of an experienced team delivering finance transformation projects across various industries. This will include developing comprehensive project plans, resource models and process flows ensuring accurate tracking and governance within the organization.
The ideal candidate has at least 8-10 years experience including consulting experience in regulatory reporting requirements such as BCBS239, RDARR and IFRS9 etc., hands-on delivery experience across ECB/CBI BoE/PRA reporting suites including resubmissions end-to-end control frameworks awareness of EBA Pillar3ESG disclosures EU taxonomy knowledge implementing maintaining leveraging SaaS cloud-based applications requiring strong communication skills executive summaries stakeholder management cross-entity jurisdiction client relationship management budget planning timeline deliverables quality assurance professional certifications Project Management Certification Agile certification beneficial for this role change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders collaborating manage multiple resources effectively influence positively lead develop effective teams communicating budgets timelines functional areas providing guidance direction solutions progression sound judgment quantitative results tailored competencies staff skill utilization contextual strategic aligned necessary reliability pressures showcase strengths competitive context driving internal monitor prudent reasoning processes open robust scenario amongst significantly important link vision continued technologies protect importance vulnerable worldwide.
