Key Accounts Manager- Chadwick's, Galway

Knowledge & Experience
* Solid experience in sales and account management within the construction industry.
* A strong track record of hitting sales targets and successfully managing key customer accounts.
* Comfortable using CRM systems to stay on top of customer needs and opportunities.
* Good understanding of the Irish construction market and how it operates.
* Skilled at building long-lasting relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and drive revenue growth.
* Create customised account plans based on each client’s business needs and construction timelines.
* Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
* Utilise CRM tools to manage sales activities, track opportunities, and maintain detailed client records.
* Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
* Provide technical support and product expertise to help clients find the right solutions for their projects.
* Collaborate with teams across the Chadwicks Group to uncover new business opportunities and cross-selling potential.
* Coordinate with logistics teams and national sales coordinators to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products nationwide.
* Oversee CRM management within your region, helping to maximise visibility and sales potential on key projects.
