Job Description:
We seek a skilled IAM Platform Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving IAM-related incidents and services requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have experience in Identity and Access Management or enterprise IT with a focus on Access Management.
The successful candidate will lead or participate in problem management and root cause analysis for recurring or major IAM issues. They will also support access certificate management, SOX controls, and audit evidence collection for compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents and services requests within SLAs
* Lead or participate in problem management and root cause analysis for recurring or major IAM issues
* Support access certificate management, SOX controls, and audit evidence collection for compliance reporting
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience in Identity and Access Management or enterprise IT with a focus on Access Management
* Working knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar
