is expanding across Europe – and we're looking for a highly driven
Regional Operations Manager
to lead the delivery of multimillion-euro construction projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage
large-scale projects (€5m+)
, strengthen
supply chain and subcontractor networks
, build a
labour pipeline
, and ensure commercial success in partnership with our senior leadership team.
What You'll Do:
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of €5m+ projects across Europe.
* Build and maintain supplier, subcontractor, and labour pipelines.
* Partner with the commercial team to drive profitability and risk management.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
* Lead and develop project teams across multiple European locations.
* Represent Select Roofing with professionalism and integrity in local and international markets.
What We're Looking For:
* 8–10 years' experience in
construction project or operations management
.
* Proven track record of delivering projects valued €5m+.
* Strong knowledge of
supply chain, subcontractor, and labour management
.
* Commercially sharp, solutions-focused, and adaptable.
* Based in Dublin with willingness to travel in Europe (approx. 2 days/week).
* Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage.
