Our team is growing as we roll out our new VOR system, we’re looking for a customer-focused individual to join our Operations Team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for drivers and customers, helping to manage bookings, resolve queries, and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, call centres, or admin who enjoys problem-solving and delivering a great experience.
Tasks
Acting as a main contact for driver and customer queries (phone & email)
Booking services, repairs, and appointments
Keeping customers updated on progress
Coordinating with garages and suppliers
Updating internal systems and records
Supporting the team to keep vehicles and services running smoothly
Helping resolve any issues quickly and professionally
What we are looking for
Strong customer service experience (call centre, retail, admin or similar)
Confident communication skills (phone, email, systems)
Organised with good attention to detail
A team player with a positive, can-do approach
Basic IT skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, systems)
Nice to have (but not essential)
Experience in automotive, fleet, or service environments
Experience dealing with suppliers or bookings
