Job Title:
Manufacturing Line Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Line Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing line.
Job Description:
* Take ownership and responsibility for the technical performance/reliability of equipment to target zero downtime in your area relating to equipment faults, through proactive equipment management.
* A continuous improvement mindset is a must and always working towards this goal in a structured manner.
* Constantly evaluate equipment and process inputs/outputs to ensure optimal visual and functional product performance and take action before it impacts on uptime or yield.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 6 or above in Engineering or equivalent (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering).
* Minimum 5 years experience in a technical role in a similar field is required, demonstrated experience with automated equipment maintenance is an advantage.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex machine faults through experience with electrical and pneumatic systems and resolve these issues.
* Highly motivated with good initiative and strong work ethic.
* Demonstrated process and continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent time management, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong commitment to quality, safety and GMP standards.
