**Job Title:** Life Assurance Administrator
We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team in Ballincollig, Cork. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Life and Pensions industry and be able to work on their own initiative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Processing quotations and new business applications in pension, savings & investments and life assurance
* Managing the pipeline of business from start to finish which includes the processing of pensions, savings & investments, and protection policies
* Interacting daily with some of Ireland's largest Life Insurance Companies
* Communicating with clients over phone and email keeping them updated on the progress of their applications
* Ownership of all aspects of our client book which includes providing regular updates to clients
* Supporting Financial Advisors with Ad Hoc duties
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Processing quotes and new business applications

* Supporting financial advisors
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years' experience in the Life, Pensions & Investments industry
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to multitask & prioritise queries
* Highly self-motivated

**Working Hours:**
Flexible part-time hours available (up to 30 hours per week).
