At least 1 – 5 years' experience in business analysis, system support, development, implementing system and maintaining IT systems.
Role and Responsibilities
Improve IT Operation business process and documentations.
Triage of issues, including logging, tracking, routing and categorizing reported incidents and service requests.
Support users and provide resolutions for L1 issues, including common problem / issue in FAQ, inquiries and essential troubleshooting tasks.
Managing of the service desk common mailbox.
Prepare monthly report and support User Access Matrix review.
Communication of operation matters to stakeholders (e.g. system downtime, new implementations
