Job Summary:
The primary goal for this position is to assist the manager with the daily operations of a restaurant and bar while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the manager in overseeing the daily activities of the restaurant and bar.
* Develop, implement, and maintain high standards of training and customer service among team members.
* Maintain compliance with safety and quality control measures.
* Cultivate a fun and safe environment for staff and customers alike.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a restaurant or supervisor environment.
* 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage setting.
* Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage a team.
Benefits Package:
* A competitive salary range of €28,000 - €30,000 based on experience and qualifications.
