What We’re Looking For
Minimum 7+ years’ professional experience (not suitable for students or recent graduates).
Backgrounds in sales, consulting, recruitment, leadership, coaching, or client engagement are well aligned.
Strong, confident communicator with professional-level English.
Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
Able to commit 10–15+ hours per week consistently.
