Offer description

Cpl has an urgent requirement for an Administration Officer (Grade IV) to provide clerical support in a busy clinical setting in Tralee, Kerry. This is a 10-11 month temporary position based in their Finance department.

* 35 hours/week
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
* €19.57/hour

What you will be doing:

* Managing emails and correspondence
* Inputting data into the database
* Liaising with other departments obtaining files as required
* Handling phone calls coming into the department
* Maintaining Excel spreadsheets of activities
* File preparation and uploading documents to the database

What you will have:

* At least 6 months of professional administration experience in a Finance/Accounts department
* Medical dictation highly desirable
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisation
* Tech/Systems Savy - experience working with a lot of systems
