12. Elegible to work in Ireland (EU Passport or IRP 4, 1G)
13. Minimum of 6 months experience in a nursing home, long-term care, or skilled nursing environment (preferred)
14. Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt to different facility environments
15. Excellent communication, time management, and critical-thinking skills
16. Dependability and professionalism are essential
