With paid, extensive training, you will gain skills to care for our patients and build a network of healthcare professionals. After training, you'll join a team including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other PCTs to care for patients. Career Growth Opportunities
We offer clear pathways for advancement through our Clinical Ladders program. Teammates in their role for six months and in good standing are eligible for tuition assistance to become a DaVita RN or pursue an Associate Degree in Nursing. We also provide training to become a Facility Administrator or Regional Operations Director. Your success depends on your performance and desire.
Position Details
* No dialysis experience required.
* Training may occur in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned clinic.
* Potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
* Must have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What to Expect
* Direct patient care, spending most of your day in one-on-one dialysis treatment.
* Care for multiple patients.
* Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, including measuring stats and machine setup. Exposure to blood and needles is possible.
* Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on dialysis-related topics.
* Work under RN supervision as part of a cross-functional team.

Requirements
* Desire to care for others in the healthcare field.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Comfort working around blood and needles.
* Ability to work long hours on your feet, sometimes over 12 hours.
* Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics.
* Healthcare certifications like BONENT, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy are a plus.
