- Facilties Engineer Dublin(NBC) Post 2374 Facilities Engineer Facilities Department Full Time Permanent National Blood Centre The IBTS is currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Facilities Engineer based in the Facilities Department, National Blood Centre.The National Blood Centre laboratories contain many forms of technical plant equipment & utilities such as: cleanrooms, HVAC, purified water, refrigeration cold rooms, liquid nitrogen, exhaust systems;
