The Role

This leadership opportunity will see you at the helm of a department focused on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and product availability.

* Lead and coach a team to drive results and continuous improvement.
* Manage key performance indicators for departments, driving outcomes and making decisions daily to support team members in achieving their goals.
* Develop and implement training plans, ensuring colleagues receive quality training and are validated to perform their roles.
* Ensure accurate completion of processes, routines, and systems within departments.
* Plan seasonal, trade-driving, and promotional activities to maximize sales, impact, and presentation.
* Oversee all safe and legal routines for departments, addressing any identified issues proactively.
* Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career discussions to improve team skills and promote personal growth.

* Model a culture where customers love to shop and colleagues enjoy working.
* Adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating resilience and energy when faced with challenges.
* Make tough decisions when there is no clear answer, upholding personal values.

Essential Requirements:

* A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and strong leadership skills.
* Experience shaping and influencing at senior levels, preferred but not required.

* Builds strong relationships with colleagues across the store.
* Collaborates effectively with teams to achieve results.
* Puts people at the heart of everything, being warm and welcoming in interactions with colleagues and customers.
