Our portfolio spans parks and public open space design, masterplanning and public realm projects, commercial and residential developments, as well as landscape and countryside resource planning and landscape planning/impact assessment work.
We are now seeking
experienced Senior and Project Landscape Architects
to join our friendly teams in Dublin and Cork.
You must be a team player with good technical and design skills who wishes to be involved in the development of innovative, cost effective and buildable solutions in an environment that is collaborative, stimulating and challenging.
The roles are for self-motivated individuals with good design detailing, site and construction experience.
Senior Landscape Architect (Cork)
This role offers significant potential for professional development and advancement, leading on a wide variety of landscape projects for a range of private and public sector client teams.
You will have a Degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, MILI or equivalent, full driving licence, excellent AutoCAD skills, working knowledge of REVIT, circa 10 years experience with a strong emphasis on delivering projects through detailed design to site.
You will demonstrate the technical expertise to carry out the following:
Working as a Project Manager, project management responsibilities, including contractual, financial and programme management of projects through design, detailing and construction
Establish strong working relationships with other members of the landscape team and internal teams across the business
Develop manage the work of others
Clear communication, including the ability to write concise technical reports and to contribute to conference calls, meetings and workshops
Be client facing and respond to client requirements
Produce or oversee the production of drawings and other technical documentation using appropriate software, with the necessary level of detail as required at various stages of development: strategies, conceptual design, detailed design and production information through to supervising implementation of works on site.
Compile tender submissions and secure new work
Have the technical ability, knowledge and competence to guide and develop junior staff
Work collaboratively and iteratively within a multi-disciplinary design team
Project Landscape Architect (Dublin & Cork)
This position is one of several roles at CSR focused on leading the design, delivery, and management of landscape projects.
You will have a Degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, MILI or equivalent, full driving license, excellent AutoCAD skills, circa 3 years experience with a strong emphasis on delivering projects through detailed design to site.
You will demonstrate the technical expertise to carry out the following:
Landscape design projects – concept drawings to detailed hard and soft design
Site supervision
Masterplanning
Multi-disciplinary studies including participating in planning led projects
Technical(IT) and graphic project work
You will represent CSR at meetings, conferences, etc. and assist in marketing and PR programmes.
You will be a good Project Manager, self-directed and motivated with excellent design and creative skills.
You will be a good communicator and team worker with a proven record in solving problems and designing creative solutions at masterplan and detailed level.
