We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the development of new industrial projects. This role will involve coordinating with design teams, managing site staff and subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of construction drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure quality of work and compliance with programme requirements.
* Liaise with design teams to ensure works are completed according to programme and specifications.
* Report to Contracts Manager and update on project developments.
* Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors, and coordinate weekly progress meetings.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification). Minimum 5 years experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer at management level in Ireland.
Key Skills: Effective project planning and management, budgeting and scheduling, excellent IT skills, good digital and visual presentational skills.
Experience: Managing complete construction of industrial projects, managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
