UPMC Ireland is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will strategically manage end‑to‑end hiring, source and attract top talent, and maintain stakeholder relationships. This onsite role within the HR Shared Service Centre in Kilkenny (MacDonagh Office) offers hybrid working options and reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Build stakeholder partnerships with internal hiring managers to deliver effective full‑cycle recruitment.
Sourcing potential employees domestically and internationally via LinkedIn, UPMC social media, Cornerstone HR Direct, and external partners.
Manage agency vendors and suppliers.
Promote vacancies to reach diverse talent pools.
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle – resume screening, interviewing, and cultural fit assessment.
Conduct interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process.
Drive and manage the offer process in conjunction with hiring managers and HR business partners.
Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and broader HR team on people‑function goals.
Support talent‑management initiatives.
Ensure hiring managers understand recruitment policies and work practices; produce recruitment metrics and report to HR.
Support the employee onboarding process.
Partner with Marketing and Communications to develop employer‑brand initiatives on LinkedIn.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and preferred suppliers.
Handle global mobility (permit & visa management), relocation assistance, and overseas talent sourcing.
Represent UPMC at job fairs and recruiting events.
Qualifications & Experience
At least 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in the health sector.
Strategic sourcing proficiency, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and analytical capability.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
IT proficiency – MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
Previous ATS management experience; familiarity with Cornerstone HR Direct and other systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Occupop, ICIMS.
Experience with infographics, organisational structures, and workflow productions.
Time & attendance management systems (Cornerstone or People XD Access).
Person Specification Qualifications
Degree or master’s in human resources or related discipline (desirable).
Chartered CIPD membership is an advantage.
Healthcare sector experience is a distinct advantage.
Effective leadership, communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Commitment to delivering high‑quality candidate engagement.
