Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Web Applications Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerApps to join our team on a long-term contract. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using Power Platform, with a focus on process automation, integration, and performance optimisation. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that drive efficiency and value.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft PowerApps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven applications).
* Build automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow) and Power Automate Desktop for RPA solutions.
* Integrate applications with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.
* Leverage Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management for advanced integrations.
* Manage PowerApps environments, ensuring compliance, security, and performance optimisation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and delivery.
* Implement custom UI enhancements using JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
* Contribute to solution design, documentation, and best practice implementation within the Power Platform.
Skills & Experience
* Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven).
* Proficiency in Power Automate (Flow) and Power Automate Desktop.
* Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
* Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or API Management.
* Understanding of security models, roles, and permissions within Power Platform.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Additional experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) desirable.
* Strong coding skills in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS for UI customisation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
