Im looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work for a leading lighting company based in is a nationwide role with a large emphasis on Key Account management while maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Work closely with design teams to create and deliver lighting and decoration solutions and concepts for commercial clients. Carry out site visits and assessments to be able to propose and develop tailored, practical design proposals for clients Prepare and present solutions and recommendations, ensuring they are feasible, cost-effective, and meet safety standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main contact and driving repeat business and account growth. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts while coordinating with internal teams and supporting installation planning. Key requirements At least five years experience in lighting or décor sales with strong key account management experience Ability to translate ideas into practical designs for large spaces, supported by good organisational and project planning skills. Strong communication and client relationship skills, with a customer-focused and commercially aware mindset. Ability to use design/presentation tools (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, Adobe) would be beneficial. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects independently, with a full driving licence and willingness to travel.
