**Inside Sales Executive - German Market Role Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Executive focused on the German market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding new and growing businesses through the onboarding process, and building a qualified sales pipeline using Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in German and English, previous experience in sales or business development, and confidence in holding consultative conversations with stakeholders across all levels. Additionally, they will have a genuine passion for technology and fintech solutions, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce, CRMs, or other pipeline management platforms.
* Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
* Previous experience in sales or business development (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Confidence in holding consultative conversations with stakeholders across all levels
* A genuine passion for technology and fintech solutions
* Strong presentation and communication skills (virtual demos experience is a bonus)
* Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, CRMs, or other pipeline management platforms
