Ready to take the next step in your career as part of proactive and results driven team?ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that outsourcing oversight is conducted according to local regulation and internal policies in multiple jurisdictions.Planning all outsourcing oversight activities including service reviews, due diligence, and assurance reviews as appropriate.Working with 1st, 2nd and 3rd, LODs to ensure that reviews and audits are coordinated and meet internal cadence requirements.Reporting to various Boards, Committees and Senior Management in multiple jurisdictions on OSP performance, risk, regulatory compliance and seeking approval of documentation.Acting as Relationship Manager for some OSPs in support of SMEs throughout the business.Working with Procurement and senior stakeholders on the selection and onboarding of new OSPs.Working with the Vendor Management team on criticality assessments, process application and development.Ensuring that all files are up to date and maintained to a high standard, including regulated artefacts such as Outsourcing Registers and Policies.Acting as Data Protection Champion for the Vendor Management team.Acting as Outsourcing Regulation SME, ensuring adherence to regulation in multiple regions and staying up to date with regulatory developments.Chairing Governance Committees in various regions.Contract reviews for new and existing OSPs to ensure regulatory adherence.Fostering strong relationships with internal customers across IT, Risk, Compliance, Change, HR, Finance and OperationsRole Requirements5+ years' experience working within an outsourcing functionBe highly organised, pro-active and responsive.Excellent understanding of outsourcing regulation in Ireland, Luxembourg, the Isle of Man, the UK, Bermuda, Singapore and BelgiumKnowledge of other relevant regulation such as GDPR, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and Prudent Person PrincipleExperience working within Insurance or financial services, with a focus on regulatory adherence and performance management an advantage.Ability to deal with SMEs on a range of topics from actuarial services to investmentsExceptional organisational and planning skills essentialStrong written and oral communication skills and ability to present ideas in a clear, concise mannerPrevious experience presenting to senior stakeholdersContract literacy an advantageWorkload prioritisation and expectations management is essential.LocationDublin, Ireland.
