The RTS-Med carries out teaching and instruction activities for U.S. Army reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Serves as the primary instructor/trainer/trainer responsible for the maintenance, training, setup, and recovery off all site OHIT systems such as MC4Provides training on admin and user level functions of systemsPrimary SLOC holder for all OHIT systems hardware Establish and configure large local area networks consisting of over 20+ end users#CJQualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Proven experience collaborating with a teamShall have management experience in developing training or mobilization plans.Excellent time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriateHighly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)Minimum Qualifications:Must possess a CompTIA A+ CE or Security+ certification at the time of hiring. Comp TIA Network+ certification within one (1) year of hire Must be able to perform hardware and software upgrades on GF information management systemsShall obtain rough terrain forklift license within 90 days of hire Must hold and maintain an active secret security clearance commensurate with the classification level of information system accessed and for Privileged Army Reserve Network Account Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline preferredPay and BenefitsThe pay for this position is $33.96 per hour.
