This is an exciting opportunity for a senior audit professional to join a global, innovation-driven organisation committed to improving healthcare outcomes worldwide.The successful candidate will report to the Internal Audit Director and will take ownership of leading audits across European operations, with global exposure. The role involves a mix of hands-on audit execution, strategic collaboration, and cross-regional coordination.Please note that whilst this is a "Lead/ Associate Director" level role, you will have no direct reports. You must also have Hands-on experience in conducting the audits yourself as opposed to managing/organising/facilitating them.Key Responsibilities:Plan, lead, and execute audits across operational and functional areasConduct risk-based assessments, identify control gaps, and recommend improvementsDraft clear, impactful audit reports and present findings to global managementEnsure audits adhere to internal standards and best practicesCollaborate with global internal audit teamsParticipate in advisory projects, risk assessments, and process enhancementsRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similarProfessional certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, ACCA, or equivalent) strongly preferred8–10 years of audit experience, ideally a blend of Big 4 and internal audit in a multinational environmentPharma/ Biopharm industry experience a distinct advantageStrong understanding of internal controls, audit methodology, and regulatory frameworksFluent English; additional languages (e.g. German or Chinese) are a plusExperience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel internationally (~10–20%)Apply with your CV to
