Job Title
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to lead our residential centre. In this role, you will be responsible for providing person-centred services to adults and children, supervising nursing and support teams, and ensuring record keeping and documentation compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective strategies to deliver high-quality care services.
* Provide leadership in clinical practice and resource management.
* Support the growth and development of team members through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in management or supervisory role in health or social care.
* Registered Nurse or Midwife with a current NMBI registration.
* Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management and continuous professional development.
* Excellent IT skills and knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
