The O'Donoghue Ring Collection is currently recruiting an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team in Killarney. We seek an individual with passion, drive, and enthusiasm for the role, with a proven track record in a similar position, and the ability to work well within a team. The candidate will be required to work 5 shifts per week, including weekends.
What you'll do:
* Process reservation bookings for the collection of hotels via email and phone.
* Investigate no-shows thoroughly with each Reception desk.
* Maximize all sales opportunities.
* Communicate guest requests to all relevant departments.
* Update hotel availability and continuously update the reservations system.
About you:
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Organized and professional.
* Passionate about customer care.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
