The Role: 360 degree recruitment - take care of full end-to-end recruitment process Business development/sourcing new prospect clients. Preparing position descriptions, person specifications, selection criteria. Placing advertisements for jobs requirements. Sourcing, screening, short-listing, qualifying & placing candidates. Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships The Candidate: Good attitude, excellent work ethic with ability to manage their own day Preferred experience in recruitment or resourcing is highly regarded.
