About this Leadership Role
As a key member of our team, you will take charge of ensuring the security and well-being of our guests and staff in high-volume venues.
Main Responsibilities
1. Work 5 days per week on-site across our venues, taking ownership of venue security operations during peak hours.
2. Oversee all security rostering, scheduling, and personnel management.
3. Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and continuously train a high-performing security team.
4. Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer service.
5. Liaise with venue management to drive smooth operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
6. Foster a positive, safety-focused culture within the security team.
Requirements
* Proven experience working in high-volume, late-night venues is essential for success in this role.
* Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, including effective recruitment, training, and personnel management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
* Valid PSA licence and relevant certifications are required.
* A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
