About The Opportunity
This is a high-profile, client-facing role within our forward-thinking Analytics, Intelligence & Insights team. You’ll work across multiple sectors and projects, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for running business analysis activities, defining scope and requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives from end to end. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our Business Analysis practice—setting standards, building networks, and driving continuous improvement.
Whether you're based in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol, Reading, or Birmingham, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values curiosity, creativity, and empathy.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a senior Business Analyst across multiple projects and domains
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital tools (e.g. Power Platform, Azure, Salesforce)
* Experience in product/solution development and release cycles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a relationship-centric approach
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure
* Experience with Azure DevOps and other product development tools
Nice to Have
* Understanding of asset and construction management challenges
* Experience with AI integration and product release management
* Exposure to cross-sector projects and transformation programmes
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration principles
* Experience in business process modelling and optimisation
* Strong stakeholder engagement in complex environments
