Project Manager for Commercial Projects
This role involves overseeing all commercial aspects of assigned projects. Key responsibilities include creating cost plans, valuations, and final accounts.
* Manage workload across multiple project stages to ensure timely completion.
* Prepare comprehensive cost plans, valuations, and variations to meet project needs.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
To excel in this position, you will require:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project QS within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes.
* Excellent communication and reporting abilities to maintain transparency and efficiency.
