Responsibilities
* Utilize the human resource information system (HRIS) to upload and revise employee personnel records, download new starter information, and create employee contracts.
* Lead on the entire recruitment process, including devising job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening CVs, organizing interviews, conducting screening calls, and issuing job offers.
* Assist the HR Manager with employee relations cases, such as note-taking in investigation meetings and preparing documentation prior to meetings.
* Conduct comprehensive reporting on all employee metrics, including payroll, absence, and retention levels.
* Support the induction of new employees across all company sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR administration, preferably with a focus on employee lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
