CPL Limerick are recruiting for an experienced Front of house receptionist / Administrator to join a busy team based in Limerick .
This role is a temporary contract starting on Monday 25th August to Friday 26th September 2025
The role is based in Limerick working 5 days on site, the successful person will be responsible for the following duties:
* Phone Management, answering phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate staff members, and taking messages.
* Greeting customers, providing a friendly and welcoming environment, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
* Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and managing appointment calendars.
* Administrative Tasks. handling general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining patient records.
* Effectively communicating with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
* Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Skills/ Experience
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within professional services
* Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
