Senior Construction Project Leader Job Description
A highly experienced Senior Construction Project Leader is required to lead a large construction project in Ireland. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects to tight deadlines and high standards, including health & safety.
* Coordinate subcontractors and control programmes to ensure successful completion on time.
* Prepare progress reports and chair site meetings.
* Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and design teams.
* Plan and manage site set-up, security, logistics, deliveries, and traffic management.
* Work alongside the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
* Monitor resources, labour, plant, site set-up, and other overheads.
* Be familiar with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.
* 7+ years of senior project leadership experience in various sectors (healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or fit-out projects).
