Join our Impact Assessment team in Ireland, comprising over 170 experts across Ireland and the UK. We are committed to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and are members of the IEMA EIA Quality Mark.
This role offers flexibility in office location (Dublin, Cork, Galway) and hybrid working options. You will manage environmental inputs for large-scale projects across sectors such as energy, transportation, regeneration, and more, including:
* Renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydrogen)
* Energy distribution and transmission
* Highways and greenways
* Carbon capture pipelines
* Rail projects
* Portside developments
* Commercial, residential, industrial sectors
Responsibilities include:
* Providing expertise: Managing environmental reports, reviews, and project stages from early strategy to operation.
* Ensuring quality: Delivering high-standard, compliant outputs.
* Project management: Managing resources and budgets effectively.
* Collaborating: Working within design teams to improve environmental outcomes.
* Client contact: Managing relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Growth: Promoting services and leading business development.

Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
We seek candidates with:
* A relevant environmental degree (Masters preferred) and professional membership (Chartered preferred)
* Extensive EIA consultancy experience, managing environmental reports and reviews
* Knowledge of Irish environmental legislation and consenting regimes
* Leadership in technical teams and client engagement skills
* Project management experience including scheduling and budgeting
* A commitment to professional growth and innovation
* Interest in mentoring and business development
* Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder engagement
