Job Role: Cafe & Pizzeria Supervisor
Role summary:
This is a hands-on role, you will be helping to build a strong, cohesive team focused on creating memorable experiences for each and every guest.
This will be achieved through effective training and development of the service team.
Ensure that processes and procedures are followed and thereby will support the team at all times.
The successful individual will lead with passion and enthusiasm for service, earth friendly sustainability, the food providence from our Walled Garden and Farm, while showcasing strong leadership and motivational skills.
Main areas of responsibility:
* Managing all food and beverage team members on the floor, day-to-day appropriate standards under the guidance of the manager.
* Primarily at the Farm Shop cafe and Pizza Shed incorporating all cafe and Yard locations, supporting outlets that need supervision of staff and SoP's.
* Working with EpoS (till system). Assisting in stock takes.
* Working to targets, schedules, policies, procedures and to ensure full compliance with relevant audits including hygiene and health and safety (HACCP is essential, training and certification can be given).
* Other collaborations as required.
* Barista experience welcomed but not essential as training will be given at McCabe's Roastery (NMK).

You will be naturally friendly and engaging, helpful and polite with customers at all times.
You will be highly focused on customer interaction and getting to know regular customers. This is not a role for a quiet or shy person, you are expected to be engaged and informed..
Good communication and organisational skills and attention to detail all around you in presentation and functionality of the cafe and pizzeria.
