Overview:

The Practice Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional client care. This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with financial acumen including budgeting and managing a profit and loss statement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent client care.
* Manage financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and profitability.
* Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Handle human resources tasks, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote high team morale.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and maintain supplies and equipment.
* Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for practice growth.
Requirements:
* Experience in a veterinary practice management role or equivalent leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with financial acumen.
* Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to improve practice efficiency.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with both the team and clients.
