Hours: 45hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:Plan and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Liaise with production, maintenance, sales, and purchasing teams to meet material requirements for current and future schedules. Develop and implement stock control, handling, and distribution policies to optimize space, labor, and cost efficiency. Determine appropriate storage conditions and allocate warehouse space effectively. Conduct regular stock inspections to prevent deterioration or damage. Monitor inventory levels, perform stock audits, and maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities. Prepare and present reports on stock status, expenditure, and operational performance to senior management. Preparing expenditure reports and advising on stock control policies
RequirementsProven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is desirable but not essential.Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
