Job Role:
The Environmental Impact Assessment process involves leading large-scale Renewable Energy projects. Deliver the Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Natura Impact Statement. Provide environmental expertise to support the Planning Team and inform business strategy, ensuring compliance with planning and environmental regulations.
Mentor junior staff and participate in performance management to achieve team objectives.
Required skills and qualifications include a Hons Degree in Environmental Science or related field, with a Postgraduate qualification being a plus. At least 5 years' experience leading EIAR and AA/NIS preparation for large-scale projects is necessary.
Desirable skills include technical expertise in disciplines like ecology, noise, or air quality, as well as experience with projects of varying priorities, risk profiles, and timelines.
