We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative proficient in Japanese. Join us to assist and support players of our popular games globally.
Tasks
* Provide tech support for our mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets with support engineers
* Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance
* Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues, collaborating with departments like production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing
* Research and develop solutions to improve support services
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written
* Excellent communication skills in Japanese, both verbal and written
* Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to users of varying technical expertise
* Experience playing mobile games is preferred
