Senior Care Leadership Role
As a Senior Care Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence within our organization. You will be responsible for supporting the operational management of designated centres and guiding your team to uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.
* Support the Operational Manager in overseeing daily centre operations.
* Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a culture of reflective practice and accountability.
* Ensure adherence to HIQA regulations and all relevant legislation.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field (CORU-approved).
* Three years' post-qualification experience in social care, including some supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing high-quality care plans that cater to diverse needs.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Providing coaching and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
