Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team in the South Dublin Office.
You will be responsible for the payroll function within the business.
This is a stand-alone position within the HR Team, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, accurate, and reliable payroll service.
Responsibilities Manage and process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and best practices.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve payroll-related queries or discrepancies.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of payroll systems and procedures.
Ideal candidate IPASS qualification (or equivalent) is essential Minimum of 3 years payroll experience within a large organisation Strong working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and taxation Experience with Sage Payroll (Micropay) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
