Company Description Turner Ensuring that appropriate project controls are in place within the team having regard to budgets, schedule, scope, quality risk and other performance indicators.
Leading and motivating project team members to ensure a sense of team and a clear understanding of goals and objectives; Lead the management and administration of contracts, including NEC and FIDIC suite of contracts Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment; Demonstrate enthusiasm to drive development and delivery of large infrastructure projects and programmes of work.
Qualifications Holds a 3rd level relevant qualification (relevant qualifications include engineering, project management) Holds a professional qualification awarded by a recognised chartered institute or association, in a discipline directly related to Project Management/ Engineering Ideally holds an NEC PM accreditation; Minimum 10 years experience of which five (5) years relevant experience in a role for a water utility client; A successful past record of achievement in delivering water utility capital contracts; Relevant experience of administration of NEC/FIDIC Conditions of Contract; and Relevant experience of project management of large portfolio of capital projects.
Role will involve visits to client offices and active sites throughout the country.
Drivers license would be advantageous, but not essential.
